No Name Premium Surf Camp - Terms and Conditions

0. Definitions

No Name Premium Surf Camp is operated by the Indonesian Company PT Indonesia Ocean Group.
No Name Premium Surf Camp, No Name Just Surf, the camp, we, us, the company refer to the Company, its owners, principals, agents, employees and representatives.

The client, guest, or guests refer to you and other parties traveling with you.

Arrival is the starting date of your stay at No Name Premium Surf Camp.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

●  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

●      If the balance is not paid 7 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.

●      Payments can be made via PayPal (including credit cards processed through PayPal).

●      We reserve the right to adjust the total price in case of sudden changes in local taxes affecting upcoming trips.

●      All our prices are calculated in Indonesian Rupiahs. Prices displayed in other currencies are provided for information.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

●      Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly via email or phone.

●      Refunds are processed as follows:

○      Cancellations made more than 180 days before the start date: Full refund.

○      Cancellations made between 180 and 30 days before the start date: 50% refund (the deposit is non-refundable).

○      Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date: No refund.

●      If No Name Premium Surf Camp cancels the trip due to natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, guests agree to waive any claims for further compensation.

●      No refunds are issued if a guest fails to arrive on time, misses transfers, or has to leave early due to personal reasons.

3. Changes to Bookings

●      Guests may request changes to their bookings (such as dates or number of participants) by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee availability or approval.

4. Arrival and Departure

●      Check-in: Arrival day at the ferry pier, where guests will be picked up unless otherwise arranged.

●      Guests who book our transfer package will receive assistance from Padang Airport to the ferry and return.

●      If guests do not arrive on time at the meeting point or miss their transfer, no refund will be provided.

●      We are not responsible for delays or cancellations of ferry services.

●      In case of unsafe weather conditions, guest safety will be prioritized, and changes to itineraries may occur. We are not liable for disruptions caused by these changes.

5. Liability and Waiver

●      Surfing and water activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and equipment loss. By booking with No Name Premium Surf Camp, guests acknowledge these risks and waive all claims against PT Indonesia Ocean Group, its owners, principals, agents, employees and representatives.

●      Guests participate in activities, including surfing trips and equipment rentals, at their own risk. Guests release the camp from all liability and indemnity for any loss, damage, injury, expense, death, suffered or incurred by the guests or a third party as a result of the guest’s use of the services provided by the camp, including negligence on the part of the camp.

●      The camp and its representatives will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during a guest’s stay or participation in activities​.

6. House Rules

●      Guests are expected to respect fellow visitors, staff, local communities, and nature.

●      Any behavior that disrupts the camp’s operation or causes harm may result in the immediate termination of the stay, without a refund.

7. Force Majeure

●      We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule but are not obligated to issue refunds.

8. Health and Safety

●      Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate health and physical condition to participate in the surf trips and other activities.

●      Travel insurance covering health, injury, and trip cancellation is required for all guests. The camp is not responsible for any medical issues or injuries that occur during the stay.

9. Privacy Policy

●      We collect personal information (such as name, email, passport number) solely for the purposes of managing bookings and enhancing the guest experience.

●      We will never share personal data with third parties unless legally required. By booking with us, guests consent to our use of this data in accordance with relevant privacy laws.

10. Miscellaneous

●      We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them regularly.
